SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day functions of the Training Department, working closely with the CEO, COO, Human Resources and Account Coordinators to organize and develop training curriculum to meet Company-specific needs. This individual is responsible for developing and performing new-hire, project specific and skill set specific training
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop, implement and present training curriculum to increase sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Educate and develop a high level of communication, customer service and sales skills in Inbound, Outbound and B2B projects.
- Develop and implement processes/procedures for Training, including new hires, new projects, scripting, systems, start-up and follow-up assessments.
- Manage tracking progress and effectiveness of training programs and develop and implement action plans and strategies to address areas of opportunity, as needed.
- Utilize and teach selling techniques.
- Utilize teaching and motivational techniques to ascertain the most effective methods for training.
- Coordinate training efforts with Managers, AC’s and Human Resources
- Evaluate all trainees in a fair and consistent manner and provide feedback, as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Call Center experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or Communications preferred.
- Previous training or teaching experience required.
- Leadership and motivational skills required.
- Previous sales experience and proven excellent sales history required.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills required.
- Excellent professional written communication skills are critical.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment required.

Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

SUMMARY:
The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for conducting direct sales presentations to national commercial customers. Because this position is a primary contact with the Company’s customers and clients, this incumbent must project a positive company image including a pleasant personality and appearance. Under general direction and utilizing significant independent judgment, this position is responsible for assuring individualized, responsive, comprehensive service to assigned key customers to assist in meeting Company and client goals and objectives while maintaining the overall Company/customer relationship and maximizing customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Contact Company prospects utilizing a variety of mediums including computer, telephone, sales presentations and written correspondence.
- Qualify customers to specific products and/or determine decision makers.
- Consult with decision makers about deregulated energy services, service contracts, and other various products and services.
- Coordinate meetings/ appointments between client and potential customers.
- Continued follow-up with clientele as appropriate.
- Accurately and efficiently record information based on customer responses.
- Assist customers with issues/concerns and answer questions regarding features and benefits of current program(s).
- Send appropriate forms and information to customers via facsimile, Internet, or direct mail.
- Research new and existing customer base.
- Enter information gathered from potential customers into database.
- Close the sale!
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties as assigned by their Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, Sales Manager and/or Management.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
The incumbent reports to their assigned Sales Supervisor. There are no positions reporting to the incumbent.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must have at least six months of previous successful sales experience to include presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal skills including strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills.
- Proven experience in a professional setting.
- The ability to professionally and effectively communicate and offer sales presentations to business clientele.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with both clientele and within the everyday working environment.
- Good reading, writing, and listening skills are critical.
- Proven ability to turn leads into quality sales, including effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Experience in phone sales highly encouraged.
- Excellent attendance is essential.
- Must have the ability to be aggressive, persuasive, self-motivated and to work independently.
- Must be goal oriented and have the ability to sit and stay on task for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to operate, communicate and deal with situations effectively while under pressure without displaying stressful reactions.
- Must be computer literate including Internet with good typing and organizational skills.

The Customer Service/Collections Inbound Representative is responsible for taking incoming telephone calls and placing orders, answering questions, solving problems and closing sales for customers. Must proactively offer products and close sales in a professional manner to prevent errors and maximize sales performance while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Take incoming telephone calls from customers requesting customer service.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Assist customers in answering questions and resolving complaints or concerns by identifying issues and providing excellent customer service.
- Determine and quality potential customers needs and provide sales presentations on compatible products.
